چکیده
A 73-year-old previously healthy male presented with acute cerebral ischemia. He remembered being wounded in 1944 during an explosion, although no cerebral injury had been suspected at that time. MRI should be performed. X-rays of the skull showed multiple metal fragments ( fig. 1 ). CT demonstrated grenade splinters within the right frontal lobe and in the frontal midline ( fig. 2 ).
